Get step-by-step instructions, handy tips and tricks, and sample automations – ready for you to upload and customise to suit your practice.

In this series, we will cover:

  • Advanced Automations for Jobs
    Leverage a range of features in FYI to take your job management to the next level by automating rollovers, information requests and job status updates. Making sure the team know when it’s time for them to play their part and delivering a great client experience.
  • Advanced Automations for Data Integrity
    Learn how you can use the FYI Automation engine to be alerted to data issues, making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Minimising errors and ensuring you deliver a great client experience every time.

This series is designed to help you leverage FYI’s automation engine, and #automate repetitive work for your practice. Please note this session is designed for practices that are familiar with and using Automations actively today, we’ve designed this session to help you take your Automations to the next level with advanced features and ideas for your practice.
