Engineering

Our Engineering team works to simplify the way accountants work together and with their clients. We’re building a family of products that handle over a billion files a day for accountants around the world. With our broad mission and massive scale there are countless opportunities to make an impact with the solutions we build.

Product Management

Our Product Management team understands how busy accounting practices work and finds ways to delight accountants with our products. We work with engineering, client success and business development teams to define and shape products that will change the accounting profession globally.

Client Success

Our Client Success team nurtures clients through their onboarding experience and ensures each practice gets early and ongoing return on their investment in FYI. We are focused on making onboarding easy for our clients by assisting with document migration, configuration and training to ensure practices get full use of FYI and new features as they roll out the door.

Sales and Marketing

Join our dynamic team of creative and analytical thinkers who are focused on taking the FYI brand global. From content creation to sales and marketing automation, we’re looking for skills across all marketing channels and platforms to deliver high-impact growth.

Provide email support to solve technical problems and ensure our clients are getting the most out of the FYI platform.

Technical Product Trainers

Create training content and plans for accounting practices using FYI, and deliver them via live webinars or self-guided learning resources.
